RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Hacks Pond Co., we want you to love what you ordered. Please review the product description, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

MADE-TO-ORDER APPAREL

Our made-to-order apparel is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, all made-to-order apparel sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect color selected by the customer
• Products that fit differently than expected when the correct size was ordered

Please review the sizing chart on each product page before purchasing.

HATS & HEADWEAR

All hats and headwear are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, personal preference, or normal wear and tear.

Please inspect your hat immediately upon delivery. If your hat arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or is different from what you ordered, contact us promptly after receiving it.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

If the issue is confirmed, Hacks Pond Co. will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly after delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs so we can review it.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier to investigate.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
